Historical town houses in 7 Kamienic Street

Historical town houses in 7 Kamienic Street - 7 Kamienic (7 Town House') Street encircles the Jasna Góra hill from the south, adjoining Stanisław Staszic Park. The street's name comes from the seven multi – storey houses built at the beginning of the 19th century. What is characteristic about the street is its unilateral development – the area on one side was prepares for trade stalls. Worth noticing is the house at no. 21, which used to belong to the sculptor Józef Baltazar Proszowski: the facade is adorned with decorations in stucco.

It is a single – storey building with a beautiful wooden porch, located in the Stanisław Staszic Park, which houses a rich collection of folk art, including some beautiful sculptures.
